A former U.S. Army Paratrooper with combat experience in Iraq and Afghanistan, Dan spent the last decade building Massachusetts Fallen Heroes as a founding member and Executive Director.
Before entering the Security Industry, Magoon spent 11 Years as a Boston Firefighter. During his time at the BFD, Magoon held leadership positions on the Executive Board at the Boston Firefighters Local Union 718 and currently serves as Chairman of the Board at the Boston Firefighters Credit Union.
Magoon joined SBI in 2018.

Steve is a former U.S. Army officer with a background in special operations, diplomacy, and international development. He has focused his efforts and is a sought after subject matter expert in emerging technologies that focus on “Big Data”, Encryption, Marketing & Media Intelligence (Counter-Disinformation/Fake News), Predictive Analytics, and Blockchain.
Steve has worked in both the Federal and Private sectors. He has consulted for the North Atlantic Treaty Organization (NATO), U.S. Special Operations Command (SOCOM), and the U.S. Department of State. His formal studies include a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Babson College – Franklin W. Olin Graduate School of Business and a Master of Arts from Tufts University’s Fletcher School of Law and Diplomacy.

Jesse Flynn is a United States Navy Veteran with service in the Pacific and the Middle East. Jesse has spent the last decade advocating and legislating on behalf of Veterans as the Massachusetts Adjutant of the Disabled American Veterans. He joined SBI in 2020.
